Avocados are very popular to eat, but did you know that they are also very good for your skin?
Take a half of an avocado, one-fourth cup of honey, and a half cup of plain yogurt. Blend this mixture together, once well mixed, apply it evenly on your face and leave for 10 minutes, while you’re waiting enjoy some avocado toast with the leftover half.
Once the 10 minutes are up, take a warm washcloth and gently wipe it off, then rinse your face with water. This mixture is great for unclogging pores and helping revive dead or dry skin cells.
Baking Soda Exfoliator
Yeah, you could buy an exfoliator and scrub online, or you could save yourself money and use this natural beauty remedy that is very popular at the moment.
Simply take 4 teaspoons of baking soda and 1 tablespoon of water, mix together to make a thin paste. Let sit for 2 minutes, dampen your face with warm water and then apply the paste in small, circular motions to the face and neck (make sure to avoid getting it in your eyes). After 3 minutes rinse with warm water followed by cold water. If you have sensitive, or dry skin you should only use this every other week, if you have oily skin use it weekly.
This mixture of 4 teaspoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons of used caffeinated coffee grounds helps fight off cellulite. You heard that right cellulite; everyone hates it, but it happens to us all.
The grounds of coffee in this exfoliating body scrub will draw water from your fat cells, shrinking the targeted areas, so they are less noticeable. Not only that but it is also very moisturizing. Take the paste and spread it in upwards strokes over cellulite areas, massage it for about 2 minutes and then rinse, use every day or as needed.
